Everyone has activities that they enjoy indoors, and outside the home or workplace. Geocaching while hiking or biking is obviously a favorite outdoor hobby. One of my indoor evening activities with family and friends is playing bar trivia, competing against other people with similar interests and information (or a lack of knowledge). Prizes are awarded usually to the first- and second-place teams with a nominal amount on a gift card donated by the hosting establishment, or drinking items like glasses, cozies, bottle openers, as well as some athletic-themed souveniers. I won such a runner-up item years ago and my first thought was that I am going to turn this used artifact into a geocache. Following some thought on the design based on my caching experience and the availability of possible locations where to place the cache, a location has been defined in the Bethel Green Conservation Area. Some of the trails are very well defined while others appear to have been made from frequent foot traffic through the area. The cache is located not far off one of these trails.
A tool may be needed to extract the log. Take a pen to sign the log. And enjoy the walk through this green space.
Congratulations to Armillo and Gremlin17 for the FTF on this cache a short time after it was published!
