This is for those who like to hike a little. It’s about as flat as you could make it. No hills or bad gullies. I’ve always been interested in the constellations. This is Leo the Lion. It is visible until mid summer when it disappears beyond the horizon The caches are basically to “scale” meaning the same as you would see on a star chart. This little series is out in the desert. Make sure you have extra water if it’s a hot day. You can park your car on a gravel road in the middle of the series and you won’t be more than a half mile or so from any cache. If you walk the whole series it may be a mile or so. If you think it’s a little distance between some of the caches, I don’t feel sorry for you. I walked it all to place the caches and I also had a couple handfuls of rocks. Please leave the cache as you find it. Make sure it’s covered with a decent rock because the wind can be really nasty at times in the area. NOTE: THE HINT FOR ALL THE CACHES IS SMALL PILE OF ROCKS. ALL THE OTHER HINTS SHOULD BE IGNORED.
