CITO Season 2 is upon us!
The Event: In a bid to revive and sustain an old local Geocaching tradition, we will kick off the first weekend of Season 2 with a CITO in the charming surroundings of the Kallang Basin and Geylang River. As is typical of Singapore CITOs, this will be an environmental clean-up exercise - fancy way of saying we'll go around picking up trash after others to do our little bit to maintain our image as a fine, cleaned city.

8.00am (the walk will take about 60 to 80 minutes)
OCBC Square >>> Stadium Roar
(Meeting Point: Posted Coordinates - OCBC Square, side closest to Stadium MRT)
The Event: We will rendezvous at the OCBC Square (posted coordinates) and begin our walk. Expect to cover about 4 km on foot if you are returning to the Stadium MRT station, which will take about 60 to 80 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Wet Weather: Updated: If the weather is unkind at 8am, the event will still proceed using a wet weather route, where nobody gets wet. So, see you there, rain or shine! Do note that there is always a possibility of sudden, unexpected rain starting after 8am, so an umbrella or raincoat is still strongly advised.
I Want In: Write a "Will Attend" log if you're thinking of coming. Event updates will be sent via Announcement logs.
What to Bring:
- Essential: comfortable footwear for a long-ish walk, sun protection, drinking water, a pen or pencil
- Good to have: come in something green in colour, an umbrella or raincoat, a pen, gloves, trash bag(s), a trash picker

- What if I want to meet the group halfway? Message me with your arrival time and I'll send you a landmark or set of coordinates to rendezvous with the group at.
- What if I just want to pop by and say hi? Sure! See you either pre- (8am @ Start Point, OCBC Square) or post-walk (around 9.15-9.30am @ Stadium Roar / Kallang Wave Mall - drop me a message for our location!).
- I'm undecided, but how do I stay in the loop? Either log a 'Will Attend' or Watch the listing and you'll receive notifications. Important event announcements will be sent via Announcement logs.
- What if unforeseen circumstances require event changes or cancellation? While the host is committed to a successful CITO, the host also reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, the event due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Post-Event: If there is enough interest amongst attendees after our walk, we could head somewhere for late morning tea and brunch, chit chat, and perhaps the usual puzzle solving thing we've had going on at the past few events.
