Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Farewell to Finder’s Fest geo-art, brought to you by the Forest Minions! This series celebrates weird and unusual things throughout the Sunshine State. Please do not go to the posted locations. Rather, solve the challenging quiz found at the bottom of each page, for the final location. For the letterbox caches, please leave the stamp in the cache. They are not trade items. For the discerning traveler, we’ve included the GPS coordinates for these bizarre locations, when we were able to establish them.

Concrete Alligators – Location 28.3559, -81.4040

At one time there was a trend to see which tourist attraction could build the biggest cement alligator. There’s a 124 foot one at Kissimmee defunct attraction with a Land Rover in its jaws and up the road near Orlando is the famous entrance to an alligator themed park, where visitors walk in, through a gator’s open mouth. The biggest concrete gator, 220 feet from snout to tail tip, is “Swampy” at a wilderness themed attraction on Highway 50 between Orlando and Titusville.

Here is the super duper, way challenging, really hard trivia question, which, if solved properly, will lead you to the final coordinates:

Question: Walt Disney suffered from musophobia, which is a fear of what?

A: Tourists = N29° 28.041' W81° 45.992'

B: Carpet baggers = N29° 28.031' W81° 45.992'

C: Mice = N29° 28.021' W81° 45.992'
