Geocache Description:

This cache will take you to 3 interesting locations inside the Ramat Rachel Kibutz. You will need to collect information at each of these location to know where the final is. You can visit the locations in any order, and they are available 7 days a week.

While in the area, you might want to go inside the Eyal Farm (highly recommended for kids). But for that you will need to schedule a short guided tour through their website or by calling 02-6702930. Entrance is free but donations are strongly encouraged. As of this writing, tours leave every hour on the hour Sun-Thr 10:00-14:00, and Fri-Sat 10:00-13:00.

There are many places to park. But note that during the week, not every parking spot is free.

The 3 locations you need to visit for this cache are:

(1) The Archelogical Garden (at posted coordinates)

(2) Eyal's Farm: Ecological Garden (waypoint 1 ; more info)

(3) Yair memorial and vista point* (waypoint 2 ; more info)

When there, answer the following questions:

- The large entrance sign, titled: The Ramat Rachel Archaeological Garden, marks the Colombarium & Mikveh as F
- The sign about the history of the site: the Royal Palace lists the period of the Late Royal Palace as beginning at the C century bce.
- The sign about the history of the site after the destruction of the palace lists the Roman agricultural settlement as starting in the B century ce.
- The sign for the citadel and royal palace, marks the Eastern Courtyard as A
- The sign at the entrance to Eyal's Farm shows 3 lines of a famous poem in Eyal's handwriting. The first line has D letters.
- The ball-shaped** memorial sign for Yair contains one line in English and E lines in Hebrew.

The final is at: north 31° 44.ABC ; east 35° 12.DEF
