This small, historic cemetery in Lakeville has approximately 20 graves, all of whom are Native Americans. Sources indicate that it is the only Native American burial site in Massachusetts as well.
There are no marked graves in the cemetery but there are a number of small rocks marking locations of graves, as well as a number of shells and trinkets placed by visitors. Please take care if you visit.
The cache is not located in the cemetery but across the street, so you don't actually need to visit the cemetery if you want to find the cache. There is a decent sized pulloff next to it, which would be a good place to park if you want to check out the cemetery as well.
