This cache is located in the Chehalem Ridge Nature Park. There are a couple trails to take that lead to it, the easiest route is Timber road to the end, at the gate take a right and the Zorzal trail. It's a short distance in on this trail.
I have found that taking a photo of the big map at the beginning of Timber Road has been very helpful navigating this park. It has great trail signage but this original map has more information on it.
I went up to check on a DNF on "rainbird" today, I had a replacement with me just in case. Rainbird was still there and since there was just one trail left that I hadn't placed a cache yet...I kept going and left it on the Zorzal trail. The coordinates bounced around for awhile but I think I've got it nailed down.
please place her back in her nest with the log holder firmly in place. Gonna need your own pen/pencil for this one.
