The cache is not at the posted coords. If you go there you'll finish up lost and miserable.
I was awarded the opportunity of placing an Adventure Lab cache and decided to create it at Pelorus within easy reach of both long and short term visitors to the area. There are more than 20 other caches to be found without the need for any other transportation than your feet.

Chalinolobus Tuberculatus
To find the necessary information and be able to assemble the final coords you will be taken through a small area of unmodified bush that contains the right environment to sustain a critically endangered NZ native bat species. There is a small possibility that under the right circumstances you can see some feeding on moths and other insects fluttering around the street lights at night.
The cache is wedged between a log and a tree, secured by rocks at the edge of the walkway.. Best access is by stepping off the track so you can see.
It is recommended to have finished the AdLab (but not the Bonus) before starting the Tawa AdLab cache.
This Adventure Lab cache can be participated in by downloading the Adventure Labs app.
