This geocache is being placed 7/17/22 in honor of what would have been OceanicCrew815 member Lillian's 100th birthday. She was the mother and grandmother of part of our crew. Lillian was a twin, which originally inspired us to choose twin trees to watch over this special geocache. Due to frequent muggle activity, the cache had to be moved to a near-by solo tree.
You are looking for a painted prescription bottle. You can unclip the carabeener clip to access the cache, if needed. Please make sure the clip closes tightly.
If the log is full or wet, please let me know and I will replace it.
This location is child and pet friendly. There is a playground near-by. Please keep your dog on a leash. There is a dog park close by. There is a nice paved walk area here. You can walk most of the way to this cache on the sidewalk, but you will have to get off the sidewalk just before you get to the cache. You can also park fairly close by, either on the side of the road, or there is a place to park near-by.
The area may have stickers and biting/stinging insects. It would be a good idea to check for stickers. While I have not personally seen any snakes here, this is Kansas and we do have snakes, so please watch your step.
