Parks bring so much to the neighborhood and community they are built in. Not only do they bring beauty to the neighborhood, but they also add functionality to the area. They give both children and adults a place to enjoy the outdoors, play sports, gather with friends, blow off steam, and are a great way for staying in shape. They also make a great place to hide and find caches. ;o)
This was no MIDDLE of the grade park! This park has a community pool, along with areas for baseball, basketball, soccer, family gatherings, a playground, and BENCHes that overlook the pool and other areas. This was another great park outside the Houston city limits that was void of a cache. In true geocacher form, this needed to be fixed immediately!
I hope you enjoy the shade of the trees and the beauty of the area as you search for the cache. Don't get UNDER the weather, a new find always brings a smile to your face and log.
Stealth is required - watch for muggles coming and going. Quick parking can be done along the road, close to the cache or in the parking lot. To do it RIGHT, please bring your own pen and return exactly as found. Thank you and enjoy!
