The Abbotsford GeoTour invites you to touch and taste agriculture as you explore a selection of parks, businesses, and historical centres in our community. We are proud to share our rich food culture and easy access to agriculture-related events and experiences that highlight the best of what we have to offer. Find all 15 caches, complete the passport and submit it online, and receive a trackable Geocoin (while quantities last).
Douglas Taylor Park trails are beautiful and so tranquil to walk through. Surround by gorgeous trees it makes the trail quite covered making it an ideal spot for walking your dog on hot days. Not to mention during the early summer you can pick your very own blackberries!
From the parking area, follow the path on the East side, heading north. Watch for a large clearing in the trees on your right, approximately 120m from the parking lot. Step into the clearing, pass the large trees on your left, and search behind a tree for the geocache. A plastic ammo can is your pot of gold at this location!
