What better way to celebrate International Geocaching Day then by eating ice cream and attempting to break the record for most geocachers logging a cache find in one day. The easiest way to get that smiley 🙂 and be counted is by coming to an event. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring anyone you know with a geocaching account. The record that the worldwide geocaching community is trying to break is 126,833, which should be a piece of cake, or in this instance, a dish of ice cream. Everyone who logs a find today will receive an International Geocaching Day digital souvenir and if the record is broken, a digital souvenir will be issued for that as well. We will be celebrating at Amsdell Ice Cream, 3041 Amsdell Road, Hamburg, NY 14075
During the event we will be attempting a 15-person MOB cache that will be set up by The Pizza Ninja 🍕 so make sure your phones are all charged up and ready to go.
