To complete the adventure lab series you will need to use the Adventure Lab App on a phone and visit the 5 stages answering questions. After visiting each location and entering the right answer, you will find the numbers that you need in the journal for each stage (and you can refer back to it after completing the Adventure, so no need to write them down).
