SWE: När man är ute och promenerar stöter man ibland på lite skyltar ute i naturen, en del med fantasifulla namn. Detta är en av de skyltar som vi tyckte var värda en cache. Har sedan cachen blev utlagd fått fram lite historia (Källa: Tickselbäcken - Bäckebrobäcken av Sten Hillman och Bo Norell.)
Lekaräng (Lekaränge) förekommer redan i storskifteshandlingarna 1759 och anges då som Lekaränge rödning. (Källa: G. Andersson Stigslund)
Här förekom slåtter till långt in på 30-talet. Vid Lekaränge odlades hö och korn och här fanns även en lada.
Förleden i namnet "lekar" finns representerat på flera håll i landet. Namnet syftar på människors eller djurs lekar, dans, fest, parningslekar. Kanske gick arbetet som en dans i Lekaränge eller var det fisken som lekte i Tickselbäcken som rinner genom området, eller orrspelet på myren intill som gav upphov till namnet.
Cachen är ett PET-rör med loggbok och penna.
ENG: When you are out for a walk, you sometimes come across some signs out in nature, some with imaginative names. This is one of those signs we thought was worth a cache. Here, mowing occurred until well into the 1930s. Hay and barley were grown at Lekaränge and there was also a barn here.
The part in the name "lekar" is represented in several parts of the country. The name refers to human or animal games, dancing, feasting, mating games. Perhaps the work went like a dance in Lekaränge, or it was the fish that played in the Tickselbäcken that runs through the area, or the spiel on the nearby bog that gave rise to the name.
