Saturday August 14 starting at 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm we will be hosting a geocaching 101 meet and greet at the Caesar Creek State Park public beach area. The event is free for all.
The event is a chance to share your passion for geocaching with fellow geocachers and to introduce others who might be interested in learning more about the hobby.
Bring a chair to sit and chat about your favorite hides, share stories, see old friends and meet new ones.
This is the weekend for the perseid meteor shower and if you are so inclined can tent camp at the beach under the stars. (if the skies are clear of course)
There is plenty of parking near the beach. We will post more details as the event nears. Hope to see you before the summer ends.
There will be some food items and drinks available for a small fee if you are so inclined.
