Pollet Great Arch is one of the hidden gems of the Fanad Peninsula, here in County Donegal. It is Ireland’s largest SEA ARCH, created over hundreds of years by the constant action of wave-erosion, and is located on a totally unspoilt stretch of coastline with a lovely pebble beach adjoining it.

Pollet Great Arch
Access was once a problem. But in April 2022, a new purpose-built 500m (1,640ft) walkway was opened, which leads directly from the roadhead, downhill to the beach next to Pollet Great Arch, making it an extremely accessible and safe way to reach and view this stunning attraction.

The New Walkway
THE CACHE HERE is a magnetic nano and is hidden near the beginning of this new walkway. It should be a quick and easy find.
You have been WARNED! 'No Signature' means 'No Find', and your log is liable to be DELETED. “I had no pen!”, or any other excuse, is not acceptable!
When it comes to replacing the cache container, please take care to put it back EXACTLY where you found it, ensuring that it is not visible when you stand back.
Thanks and enjoy!
AND WHEN YOU ARE HERE
Hopefully you will have time to walk on down to the shoreline to see the SEA ARCH for yourself and check out the Pollet Great Arch EARTHCACHE [GC9Q9XN] at the same time.
Congratulations to moleman86 for being ‘First-to-Find’ this cache,
