This bushy-tailed cache will require a little climbing to retrieve it, however, just unscrew the acorn to retrieve the log book - There’s no need to detach the squirrel from the tree.
This cache was hidden by members of 1st Birstall Guides, as part of their Geocache interest badge. They were inspired by another squirrel cache they had found near Groby Pool. They also felt this was a perfect hiding place, as we like to journey over to the park during meetings in the summer term, (sometimes accompanied by a Chip Shop walk!).
