Farmis töötas sellel ajal 50 inimese ringis, mis tegi majandist piirkonna ühe arvestatavama tööandja. Loomade sööt tuli oma söödaköögist ja olemas oli oma nülgimiskoda, kus täielikult küll nahka ei töödeldud. Farmi abitootmise moodustasid masinad ja puidutsehh. 1995. ja 1996. aasta olid Võiste farmile väga head müügiaastad. Toona tarnis karusnahku üsna palju Hiina. Samas müüdi Võiste nahkadest oluline osa ka Venemaale. 1993 oli kõige suurem sinirebase karusloomafarm, kus põhikarja loomi oli 2871, noorloomi 12270, ja nahku saadi 12941. Loomade põhikari keda siin peeti oli Mink ehk ameerika naarits ( Neovison vison). Võiste karusloomakasvanduse pankrot kuulutati välja 30. juunil 1999. aastal ja lõpetas tegevuse 2001 a. Karusloomafarmi vara uueks omanikuks sai Audru karusloomakasvandus. Nüüdseks on siin kogu loomapidamine lõpetatud.

The most common animal kept here was Mink or American mink (Neovison vison). The bankruptcy of the Võiste fur farm was declared on June 30, 1999 and ceased operations in 2001. Audru fur farm became the new owner of the fur farm property. By now, all animal husbandry has been stopped here.
