The lard is back!, It's October so that can only mean one thing, fat ball smooshing time, you all know the drill by now.
Earlier this year our smallest, most enthusiastic and some would say hardest working Geocacher on the day picked what felt like my body weight in pine cones, they've been slowly drying in my garage since, she did such a splendid job we said we'd name the next event in her honour, anyhow she'd like you to get stuffing and then get hanging, she may even wander among you and pass judgement upon your work if you're lucky. So come along to the Yorkshire in Bloom Platinum award winning cemetery and earn your CITO season souvenir. You could also use this as a last chance opportunity to log GC8NEAT or why not log GC9FAVE?.
You will spend 20-30 mins making the feeding balls. Then have a cup of tea and a bun and finally head out onto site to hang up your feeders. About an hour in total. We will be working outside so remember to check the forecast on the day.
Important information, please read.
