CAUTION. This is a recommended Off-Road Vehicles Cache - ie., a 4WD track. Although it is possible for a conventional vehicle to drive the track, it is not recommended. Especially if there has been rain in the past four weeks! Parts of the track are soft and very deeply muddy when wet. It is very easy to become bogged, and there is very limited phone service. The trail is one-way, so just follow the arrows where indicated.

While visiting Charleville in September 2021 after QOGM 2021 Paroo, we journeyed up to Charleville for a few days to start preparations for QOGM 2022 Murweh. On the way, I noticed a place called the Charleville Botanic Reserve.
When visiting it a few days later, we fell in love with the area, its diversity and sense of adventure, despite becoming bogged and having to make a desparate attempt to get out.
