Ö-B-Ö är en tur längst Östgötaleden mellan Bleckenstad och Öringe. Från Bleckenstad till Tyrsjön är det ca 3 km och vidare till Öringe ytterligare 2,7 km. Terrängen är blandad, stigar, mindre skogsvägar och genom hagar. 

Här finns det ett vindskydd (Bärbäck) med grillmöjligheter.
