In order to get the coordinates of this Bonus cache you need to complete the Historical Pittsford Adventure Lab.
You will need the Pittsford Key Dates from each of the 5 locations in that adventure lab. They are given in the journal entries.
Once you have all 5 Pittsford Key Dates add them all together then use the sum as follows to get the coordinates for this Bonus cache.
