Geocache Description:

Kent Wildlife Trust’s art and sensory, all-access trail in Thornden Wood, between Canterbury and Herne Bay uses natural, local materials to create sustainable, non-invasive artwork which blends into the surroundings. The use of sustainable materials is essential on a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and means that the artwork can evolve and change through the years; as pieces begin to decay, new artwork can be created and installed. For more information, visit The Blean Woodland website.

Mia's box of treats is hidden in "Wild Art Trail" which is between Whitstable and Tyler Hill. As you enter the woods there are 2 large Totem Poles and a speaker built into a wooden post this is a recording explaining about the project and the people involved in setting up the 1 mile walk. Continue along the path until you arrive at Underwood hotel and spa complex for insect and bugs. on the opposite side of the path to the hotels is a small clearing that has a single large tree in the middle with an amazing Wizards face carved into it. The Wizard is the gate keeper to Mia's box of treats. Whilst looking at the Wizards face you will notice you start to turn to stone if you look too long. Hiden about 10/15m to the left hand side you will need to look deep around the biggest tree stump for the secrets to reval themselves.
