The Summer tourist season is coming to an end, and the Tri-State Geocachers are going to contribute time and work to clean up a local section of the Delaware River.
Due to the search and rescue effort currently going on at the Delaware River, we are moving this CITO event from the river to Riverside Park in Port Jervis, where instead of cleaning up our river, we'll be cleaning up a section of the park in advance of some improvements to be made there soon.
The cleanup will take place at from 10am - 11:30am, and a set of trash-grabbers will be provided by Port Jervis to support this work. Please plan on arriving at the new posted coordinates, N 41° 22.163 W 074° 41.420, where we'll form up and do our work. I'm expecting this to finish by 11:30am.
