Welcome to the Bermondsey Beer Mile (which actually stretches for approximately 1.5 miles). It begins a short walk from London Bridge Station at Maltby Street Market and reaches almost to South Bermondsey Station.
There are 5 stops along the way, some of which focus upon the history of the area.
The Bermondsey Beer Mile has grown since the first brewery opened in 2009 and is now home to 17 breweries/taprooms, the Maltby Street Market and a number of food outlets.
The Beer Mile can be wallked at any time but the best day to visit is Satueday when all of the taprooms are open. Many also open on Sundays and weekday evenings.
