Fix Ridge Cemetery is west of Juliaetta Idaho,from the Genesee-Juliaetta Rd turn south onto the Dennler Loop Rd, drive about 1/2 mile and you will come to the cemetery.
According to the book "Early & Present History of Fix Ridge, 1877-1964," Fix Ridge cemetery came into being after the murder of Charley Headrick. Theodore Schetzle donated an acre of land for a cemetery following the death of his wife and this murder, which were about the same time. In addition to this Fred Ernest donated an acre, making it possible to have the first cemetery in the Fix Ridge area. Using the death date of Mrs Schetzle this means it started about 1893.
