Look at the sign for information to solve for the coordinates of the Final Cache:

The first sentence tells what this area of Mill Race Park used to be called:
# of letters in the first word, subtract 1 = C
# of letters in the second word, add 1 = D
Now look for the plaque on a rock several feet South along the trail to answer the last two questions:

Area Notes of Interest: The collection of bat boxes here was installed for Exhibit Columbus 2021, a biennial site-specific art invitational. by artist Joyce Hwang. Titled "To Middle Species, With Love", it provides habitats for area wildlife. You might enjoy the climb to the top of the nearby observation tower for a unique vantage point.
IMPORTANT: Mill Race Park was designed to withstand frequent floods from the nearby rivers, so this cache may be inaccessible at times.
