Whittlesea - Tambo Conservation Reserve - CITO Cache In Trash Out® Event

• Start: Saturday 19th November 2022 @ 2:00pm

• End: Saturday 19th November 2022 @ 3:00pm

• Location: Tambo Conservation Reserve, Tambo Circuit, Whittlesea, Victoria.
  

• Individuals attending this event must comply with the Government Health requirements in place at the time.

Tambo Conservation Reserve is the focus of a collaborative biodiversity/revegetation program over an 18 month period, supported by Whittlesea Council, Landcare, Melbourne Water and local community groups.

There will be a number of participatory activities available throughout the reserve. These may including some or all of the following:

• Rubbish collection and removal

• Wetland tree planting

• Weeding and maintenance of existing planting areas

• Checking in and perfoming maintenance on duck boxes

Bring along your gloves, hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water to the event. Gumboots may be handy if you have them.

Geocaching Victoria is a not-for-profit incorporation that seeks to promote the pastime of geocaching in the state of Victoria. Our mission is to bring the geocaching community of Victoria closer together, to encourage relationships across the state and also highlight the great geocaching experiences that exist in our state to others across Australia and around the world.

We do this by hosting small and large scale events and CITOs around Victoria as well as supporting others who also hold events around the state. We are constantly looking for opportunities to develop new and exciting ideas that can aid and enhance the geocaching experience of anyone within the state of Victoria.
