The cache is NOT at the posted coords.
To get the final coords, you must complete the AL entitled Utility Box Art. The actual cache is a magnetic key holder with a password on it. While doing the Adventure Lab, one of the stops will give you the access code to the log. Also, the final cache location is near another utility box with art on it. Be sure to check that out.
