Situated on the edge of the Ottawa River with water level views of Parliament of Canada, Gatineau Quebec, Alexandria Bridge and the Rideau Canal Locks - this cache is great for tourists and Ottawa locals alike. Log pictures/selfies always welcome; love seeing your adventures! 😄
It will bring you to a great little spot to bring a snack or drink and just sit and enjoy the beauty of the area - make sure to bring some wildlife friendly foods too as there may be ducks, chipmunks or squirrels who stare at you in hopes of a snack for themselves.
The cache is located a short walk down the rocky embankment just off the paved walking/biking path running along the Rideau Canal. There are a few different paths you can take down to the cache - choose the one that speaks to you :)
