This special edition cache is being placed to commemorate International Geocaching Day (August 20th) and to encourage each of you to help break the geocaching world record!
Back in 2013, 126,833 people logged a find on August 11th. In 2022, our goal is to break that record, by logging a find, participating in an Adventure Lab, or attending any geocaching event on 8-20-22. This special edition cache should help you do just that! Find it, log it, and celebrate being a record breaker!
While you’re here, take a picture to add to your log, post on social media, or share with a friend. Props have been included in the cache to help you strike a pose or have fun with the theme. There is also a special edition logbook available for today only.
