Once upon a time, a geocaching log was written that said: "TFTC. Every sgl gate should have one. :)" I could not agree more. It sounded like an idea for a well done series by mrgreen in the blair and cambria county SGL's, so here is another cache at another SGL gate.
The location is SGL 50, just past the gate at SGL parking...Be aware that in winter, this gravel game lands road can get difficult to travel for certain vehicles. Use reasonable precautions when driving to the SGL parking, knowing the limitations of your vehicle.
The cache is a small, so bring your own writing tool. If the log is dry, a standard ball point pen will do fine. Water-based inks may not write on the paper very well and should be avoided if possible.
This cache is located in state game lands, so PLEASE observe all state game land rules and wear orange during hunting seasons. During the primary hunting season, finding this cache is recommended on Sunday only.
