Small cache in a small park in Phelps, NY. I've been to this park several times and have never actually seen anyone there. There is a mill wheel at the entrance and a little information about a mill that used to be in the area. There is also a bench at the entrance and a picnic table near the Flint Creek that borders the park. The cache is a small container, and you will need to BYOP. Should be a pretty easy find once you find the park. Please replace as found.
Park hours are dawn to dusk. Not available at night.
