Geocache Description:


This is the first cache in a series we hope to hide across several other simillar sites in Colorado Springs that were in need of a good geocache. This start of this one is in Gateway Park which I came across while house hunting. It a beautiful place and a fitting start for a series. The key focus of this series and the first stage of this cache is the "egg man". Be sure to check him out and take some pictures with him!

The first egg man appearance was 15 years ago, submitted an installation for the annual Art on the Streets program by artist Kimber Fiebiger. Since then other locals have commisioned more statues and placed them all over town. 

The final stage will take you to another nearby park within walking distance (>0.2 miles). Getting to the final stage is not designed to be hard. Finding the container at the final is the tricky part as the container is designed to blend in well with its surroundings. 

The coordinates for the final stage are N 38 57.A52' W 104 43.BCD'

A = # of pillars on main pergola divided by 2

BCD = _ _ _39. Use picture below to lead you to the missing numbers. (Hint: the missing numbers are B, C, D)
