This is a Challenge cache and a condition must be met to log it in (see the rules below). "Found it" logs from finders who do not meet the condition will be deleted. You can read more about challenge caches on the Groundspeak website.

This challenge has a criterion that you must have found at least 100 virtual caches in a total of 5 countries.

Authentication and Login
It is not necessary to document the fulfillment of the condition in the log, but I still recommend inserting the output from the verifier on the project-gc.com page into the log in case the parameters of some of the caches needed to complete the challenge change.
If you make a physical entry to the cache logbook before the condition is met, log as "Write note" with the logbook entry date. After fulfilling the condition, log in with a separate "Found it" log with the date of fulfillment of the condition. Do not change the original "Write note" to "Found it" or change its date.
