Moltrasio è un piccolo e bellissimo paesino bagnato dal lago di Como di fronte a Torno.
E' composto da scale in pietra perchè a Moltrasio si trova una pietra speciale chiamata pietra di Moltrasio esportata in passato anche a Como, Milano e Modena per costruire mura, chiese e monumenti anche tante graziose case del paese sono fatte di sasso.
Facendo un giretto sulla strada di fronte al lago, nella zona dell'imbarcadero, si trova una di queste scale, dalla quale si può arrivare alla parte superiore del paese ed anche alle antiche cave di Niasc attraverso il "senteer de sort".
Inoltre sul torrente Pizzallo ci sono 3 ponti che sono rappresentati sullo stemma del Comune. C'è anche una sorgente chiamata Vesporina che fornisce acqua al paese. Ci sono antichi lavatoi, bellissime ville e la suggestiva chiesetta di San'Agata dell'anno mille.
