Sharpen your pencils, and bring some scratch paper for this 4 stage Multi / Field Puzzle in a quiet Folsom neighborhood - if you are quick with simple math, give yourself 10 minutes. If you struggle with simple math operations, or don't know your odds from your evens - double or tripple your time. Let me know in your posts if those are reasonable timeframes to complete.
As you approach Stage 1, the “Given Coordinates”, you will need to observe 2 single digit numbers surrounding the letters KMP. To proceed to Stage 2, add the 2 single digit numbers together, then multiply by 1.5. Subtract the result from the Given Coordinate’s (North) last 3 digits . For the West digits, multiply the first of the 2 digits by 20, then add the second digit to it. Add this number to the Given Coordinate’s (West) last 3 digits. This will be your reference for Stage 2.
After the long journey to stage 2, observe the (faint) numbers under the letters UD. Take the first 2 digits as a number. This is your Stage 3 North offset (add this to stage 2 North Coords). For your Stage 3 West offset, take the first 2 digits as a number (Déjà vu?), and add it to the last two digit number (the number after the dash). Subtract the result from stage 2 West Coords. Proceed to Stage 3 with these coordinates.
After the even longer journey to stage 3, you will want to take a short break, perhaps find that water bottle or soda you put in the cooler before you set out today. Enjoy the shade of a nearby tree, and get yourself ready for the next stage!
At Stage 3, you will need to observe (again), 2 single digit numbers surrounding letters (again, 3 letters – KMP Déjà vu?). For Stage 4, your new North NEGATIVE offset - multiply the first of the 2 digits by 10, then subtract the second digit from it. (subtract this offset from stage 3 North Coords). Your stage 4 West (positive) offset will not be odd at all, as it will be comprised of the two even numbers between 2 single digit numbers you found. Multiply the first by 10, then add the second of the 2 even to that (alternatively, take the two even numbers as a two digit number). Add that result to stage 3 West Coords.
Proceed to Stage 4 (Final) with these new coordinates. Please be careful when crossing the street. See hint for more details on locating the cache if desired.
