Hattiesburg GeoTour
With more than 40 geocache hides to find, Hattiesburg offers one of only 100 active official GeoTours worldwide. Presented by VisitHATTIESBURG, the Hattiesburg GeoTour is the first of its kind in Mississippi. Locate a minimum of 35 of the GeoTour caches and turn in your completed passport to receive your official Hattiesburg GeoTour Geocoin!
Cache Location
The Together as One mural symbolizes how all living things come together to create abundance as well as an ecosystem in which all coexist, thrive, and build for future generations to come. The 200+ foot mural features flora and fauna native to the Pine Belt area. This 31st mural on the Hattiesburg Public Art Trail features the work of Miami, FL, visual and street artist Ivan Roque and his two assistants Chnk Fondue and Tuto, transforming a once bland tunnel on the Longleaf Trace to a key focal point that will attract visitors to the 44-mile trail for years to come.
The Hide
One of just three multicaches on the Hattiesburg GeoTour. Like the other two, this cache has two stages. Stage #1 is NOT a physical container, rather just an image that you'll need a smartphone with a working camera (and preferably the Google Maps app) to access. The Final is currently a small, screw-top container hidden a short walk down the Trace.
