The cache name? Well, there's no phone box so it's not a Fine Pair, plus I like Dame Judi Dench, who starred in A Fine Romance (1981-1984). She also starred in As Time Goes By (1992-2005) alongside Geoffrey Palmer, who lived in Lee Common; very close by. Anyway...
The post box is emblazoned GR (for George Rex) the Ast/nd/rd/th.
Also, the box is at HP16 XY. X+Y=B.
Close by is a signpost in a garden. Gt. Missenden is C mile/s away.

The cache is a nice ABB metre (as the crow flies) walk away at CDD degrees. This leaves a little area to search, hence the very clear hint below.
