Wansbeck Riverside Park is great for all the family and dogs, it covers112 hectares of woodland, grassland and of course the river.There is free parking with a cafe open 9- 4pm,picnic tables and a park, you might see Mallard ,moorhen,Canada geese, swam sand heron and accasionally rabbits and buzzard.On a nice summers evening you can often see paddle borders or canoeist enjoying the river.
