HO! HO! HO! Come join in the holiday fun!
It's that time of year again!!! Please join us for our annual Holiday Geocaching Pot Luck, **Gift Exchange (voluntary), and Ugly Sweater Contest (voluntary) on Saturday, December 3, 2022. It's always a great time to catch up with geocaching friends before the hectic holiday season begins!
We will meet downstairs at the BPOE Elks Lodge, 27 Union Street, Pittsfield, MA from 7 pm - 9 pm.
Please bring a dish to share (include what you are bringing in your "Will Attend" log). We are looking for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We will also need paper plates, napkins, & flatware.
Beverages are available for purchase as a way to thank the Elks for letting us host this event here once again.
As always, there will be a table for trackables, both to move along and for discovery only.
Anyone can attend this event and no purchase is necessary. The **Gift Exchange and Ugly Sweater Contest are voluntary. Please let us know if you plan to participate in the activities in your log.
If you plan to participate in the **Gift Exchange the minimum value of your gift is $15. Please be mindful of this so gifts are of equal or better value to what you will receive and keep it fair for everyone who participates.
