Since 1932, the Bow Valley Lawn Bowling club has been in the Hillhurst neighborhood. It is recognized an historical resource by the City of Calgary, situated in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. This is a volunteer-run organization with rentable clubhouse in a quiet neighborhood.
