Now that I am in Puerto Rico, I often find myself walking through Parque Luis Munoz Rivera in the evening. I wanted to add to the fun for local and visiting geocachers. This one is in the park but near the Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico. I give it a 2 difficulty because of the high number of muggles nearby.
