You are asked to travel the US to discover the oldest caches placed by pioneers of geocaching that have somehow stood the test of time by sticking around for cachers of today to find. These caches show us what caching was like back in the early days.
You may sign the log at any time but to log the find, you must do the following:
- Find the the oldest cache in at least 25 of the US states, including the District of Columbia.
- Finds on archived caches older than the current active, oldest cache in a state do count.
- Use the challenge checker to verify whether you meet the requirements or not.

The cache is a tube with log only. As always, bring your own writing instrument. Enjoy!
