Il Palazzo della Ragione
Nel centro di Padova, affiancato dalle piazze speculari delle Erbe e della Frutta, troviamo il Palazzo della Ragione che si erge in tale luogo dal 1166. Nel 1218 fu innalzato e, con la sua copertura a forma di carena di nave rovesciata, è una delle più ampie aule sospese in Europa.
Con i suoi 82 metri di lunghezza e 27 di larghezza è l'antica sede dei tribunali cittadini di Padova. Ogni giorno venivano processate le persone con tutti i tipi di pena.
All'interno troviamo 3 livelli di affreschi con le pene piu comuni, i 12 segni zodiacali, gli ascendenti e molto altro.
Per visitarlo è necessario un biglietto (con sconto per studenti e altro) ma non temete, la cache non è dentro.

Il Palazzo della Ragione
In the center of Padua, flanked by the mirrored squares of Grass and Fruits, we find the Palace of Reason which has stood in this place since 1166. In 1218 it was raised and, with its roof in the shape of an overturned ship hull, is one of the largest suspended classrooms in Europe.
With its 82 meters in length and 27 in width it is the ancient seat of the city courts of Padua. People with all kinds of punishments were tried every day.
Inside we find 3 levels of frescoes with the most common pains, the 12 zodiac signs, the ascendants and much more.
To visit it you need a ticket (with student discount and more) but fear not, the cache is not inside.
