Geocache Description:


The City of Springfield has 4 parks offering great opportunities for recreation and maintains over 3.3 miles of paved biking/hiking trails around town!

Our family placed this cache while staying for our first time (definitely not our last!) across the river at Rothenburg Campground. This beautiful area and great, family friendly, trail system didn't have any caches, so we made it our mission to fix that.

You can find maps of the City's hiking/biking trails located at the Community Center during business hours.
