Il Monte Crot è una montagna delle Dolomiti che si presenta come un modesto rilievo posto tra Civetta e Pelmo che sovrasta a ovest il passo Staulanza. Si articola in due cime, una settentrionale (2.169 m s.l.m.; vi è stata eretta una croce) e una meridionale (2.158 m); su quest'ultima convergono i confini comunali di Selva di Cadore, Val di Zoldo e Alleghe. Entrambe le vette sono facilmente raggiungibili in 1.30 h tramite una vecchia carrareccia; notevole la vista che spazia a 360° su Pelmo e Civetta, ma anche sulla val Fiorentina e le vette retrostanti (Marmolada e Dolomiti Ampezzane comprese).

Mount Crot is a mountain in the Dolomites that looks like a modest relief located between Civetta and Pelmo overlooking the Staulanza pass to the west. It is divided into two peaks, a northern one (2,169 m a.s.l.; a cross has been erected there) and a southern (2,158 m); the municipal boundaries of Selva di Cadore, Val di Zoldo and Alleghe converge on the latter. Both peaks can be easily reached in 1.30 h via an old cart track; the 360 ° view of Pelmo and Civetta, but also of Val Fiorentina and the peaks behind (Marmolada and Dolomiti Ampezzane) are remarkable.
