…Black Country borough’s border!
This is our first cache and we have placed it close to our home, on the Coseley border with Tipton.
Coseley, originally known as Lower Sedgley, is classed as part of the Dudley Metropolitan Borough. However owing to its unique position, various roads and other amenities are maintained not only by Dudley, but also by Sandwell and Wolverhampton councils too. Lacking in Secondary schools and a leisure centre, Coseley still has its own railway station and a number of beautiful parks if you are willing to explore.
There is parking available in side streets nearby to the cache, though you probably want to avoid the area during rush hour or when the local school is starting and finishing. The nearby footpath will take you through to Weddell Wynd if you feel like exploring.
