This is the bonus cache for the Adventure Lab covering the Yellowstone Trail from Elk Creek west of Eau Claire to the Chippewa River in Eau Claire.
This bonus cache and its associated Adventure Lab are part of a series of 32 WI YST AS Adventure Labs with bonus caches that runs along the Yellowstone Trail from Hudson to Kenosha. The series is coordinated by the Wisconsin Geocaching Association, with members as the trail bosses. You can find more information on the series on the WGA website.
