There is no rain date for this event. Please dress accordingly. If you feel like starting at noon or ending at 3pm please do - but the event itself will begin at 1 and end at 2
The purpose of this event is to help clean up the parking lot area. kayTeeAre and I used this parking lot on a recent caching adventure and it was a MESS!! It needs some attention to get it back to normal.
I will be located at the posted coordinates, and will have a logbook for individuals to sign into. I will also have a prize or two for attendees.
Please note: both the prize draw and the signing of the event logbook are completely optional activities and are not required in order to log the event as attended.
The terrain ranged from flat, paved parking lot to steep ditches. I am posting the terrain as a 1 because the lot itself is wheelchair accessible, however the terrain could be rated higher depending on the area you choose to clean.
I will have garbage bags and gloves available, although you may wish to bring your own. You may also want to bring your own trash grabber, beverages, refreshments and bug spray as these items will not be supplied. Bug spray may be important in this area.
Trash will be collected and placed in the large bins near GZ.
